Physician order sets are available here in pdf format.  Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle physicians are expected to utilize this resource for any order set they may need in the hospital, in their office, or even at home.  Printing out these orders and then faxing them in to the appropriate nursing unit with patient identifying information on the fax is considered acceptable use.
